Marriott Root Beer Float Day is August 23

Stop by the Sheraton Grand Seattle on Friday, August 23 from 1-5pm for a delicious root beer float and donate in support of kids and families treated at Seattle Children’s.

Root Beer Float Day is a nod to Marriott’s beginnings when company founder, Bill Marriott, Sr., and his wife Alice opened two root beer stands in Washington, D.C., in the 1920s. Marriott has the honor of being Children’s Miracle Network Hospital’s first corporate partner, joining the cause in 1983. Since that time, associates and guests have raised more than $135 million.
