One Big Heart a Big Success!

We are happy to announce that the first annual One Big Heart Radiothon raised $281,352.45 in 13 hours!  Due to additional donations overnight, this is a larger amount than was announced during the live on-air check reveal Tuesday evening.

Both 106.1 KISS FM with Carla Marie and Anthony and 95.7 The Jet with Marty and Jodi broke program format and broadcast live from the Ocean Café at Seattle Children’s Hospital.  In addition, four other iHeart stations – 96.5 JACK-FM, 102.5 KZOK, Sports Radio KJR 950 AM and KUBE 93.3 – aired radiothon spots throughout the day and ask listeners to call in and donate.

Highlights included the many patients and families who shared their stories, two anonymous matches from individual donors totally $25,000, a last minute $10,000 match from the John L. Scott Foundation, as well as a special visit from Seahawks D.K. Metcalf and Michael Dickson, Blitz, and members of the Seahawks Dance Team.
