CU4Kids NW Classic raises $1.4 million

This past Monday, July 9, First Tech Federal Credit Union hosted their 18th annual Northwest Classic golf tournament in North Plains, Oregon led by beloved celebrity hosts Dave Wilcox and Dan Fouts.

Starting in 2000, the CU4Kids NW Classic tournament has become one of the largest credit union-sponsored events supporting Credit Unions for Kids, a non-profit under which America’s credit unions raise funds for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. Since its inception the tournament has raised $6.57 million for children’s hospitals along the west coast and in Utah.

This year the tournament generated an astonishing $1.4 million for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, part of which will go on to fund many programs and services as well as ground-breaking research at Seattle Children’s Hospital.
